Das Ende der Sommerpause

Ab Montag, 9. August, sind fast alle Bibliotheken der Stadtbücherei aus der Sommerpause zurück und zu den gewohnten Zeiten geöffnet. Auch der Bücherbus fährt dann wieder alle Haltestellen nach dem regulären Fahrplan an.

Verstehe ich das richtig: Die Bibliotheken waren also in der Sommerpause (wo sie wohl hingereist sind) und der Bücherbus war zwar da, verkehrte aber irregulär …?
