Imagine Essential Services Limited? Not

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has ordered Imagine Essential Services to stop lying to the public.

In particular ACC has told Imagine Essential Services to stop representing that

" Imagine had direct agreements in place with the following essential service suppliers in relation to telephone, gas, water and electricity services, which agreements enabled licensees to procure for members substantial savings on the cost of obtaining essential services:

AGL; Aurora Energy Pty Ltd; Country Energy; Energex; Energy Australia; Integral Energy; International Power (Australia) PW Ltd; M8 Telecom; Momentum Energy; Optus; Origin; Powerdirect Pty Ltd (formerly Ergon Energy Group); Primus Telecom; Red Energy; Telstra; TRUenergy (TXU); Western Power; Hutchison Telecom or Hutchinson 3; Vodaphone"

Now here is the $64 question: why on earth are these important brands allowing themselves to be diluted by association with a fraud?

Does nobody pay attention to what is going at the events?

Do they not think it important?
