In einem aktuellen Urteil hatte sich das LG München I mit dem Plagiatsvorwurf in dem Zusammenhang mit dem Gitarrensolo “Still got the Blues” auseinanderzusetzen. Das Gericht bestätigte die Urheberrechtsverletzung und führte diese auf die zahlreichen Übereinstimmungen mit dem Werk “Nordrach” des Klägers zurück.
