: Kentucky Law BlogMy Votes for Jefferson Judicial Races on Nov. 2, 2010
By Michael Stevens
For those who are interested, here is how I plan on voting next Tuesday for the various judges in Jefferson County:
- Circuit Court
- Div. 6 - Olu A. STEVENS
- Div. 11 - Brian C. EDWARDS
- District Court
- Div. 3 - Claude Randall PRATHER
- Div. 7 - Jennifer Bryant WILCOX
- Div. 10 - Sheila A. COLLINS
- Div. 11 - Sadiqa N. REYNOLDS
- Div. 13 - Deana "Dee" McDONALD
- Div. 14 - Stephanie Pierce BURKE
- Div. 16 - UNDISCLOSED
- Div. 17 - Christine WARD
I previously posted my suggestions on what to look for when voting for a judge. Upon further reflection, those were ideals in an ideal world in hopes that you had ideal information while looking at ideal candidates. Well, the ideal is often sought but rarely achieved.
The bottom line is this - you should vote; and any reason you have for voting for any candidate is a good, valid reason because straight and simple it is your vote, and your vote alone.
