I have no idea who you think you are, or what you think you're accomplishing, other than inviting a libel suit. I've talked to my friend Paulie K., and if he can sue Lucinda Franks, you can bet your last Bernie Dollar that I can sue you!

Of course I recently transferred the title to my homes in Manhasset, East Hampton, and Fisher Island to my darling wife. She's a beautiful woman, and I thought it was time to show my gratitude for all of the years we've been happily married.. What of it?

I should have put those into my daughter's name? Ha!-She's got plenty of property already! She's a retired Wall Street executive and she cashed out at the top!!

Anyway, what with your publishing this news on your "blog",  are you trying to imply that I've fraudulently conveyed property in an effort to shield my assets??

If that's your strategy, I'll have you know that the SEC has tried and failed to implicate me in this mess, and we all know how talented they are! I was completely vindicated! How would I have known what Bernie was doing?? I didn't even know how much money he was really managing!

And another thing, do you have any idea of how much I lost?? Do you know the tsuris I'm going through with Picard's people to get my SIPC claims paid? Stories like yours aren't helping me!

You want to give a hard time to people? Go bash Tiger Woods! You know how many people he screwed? Almost as many as ....well...enough with you!
