Forget the dinner plans with Judge Chin. He says he thinks some people might think its a conflict, so I waved it off.

The damn courthouse was a pigsty, just like the last time, so thanks for putting that bottle of Zoloft into my jacket.

Otherwise, everything worked out as expected.

Ira explained to the Judge that he took his money out in '07. And I certainly wouldn't say that I think Ira has any conflicts! After all, he's been with us since the beginning!

Also- get hold of Paul Konigsberg; we might need to make some amendments to the tax filings. Tell him that Kinnburger should keep enjoying the ski slopes. He'll understand.

Speaking of sun, Ira said that his secretary left a message and "picked up that case of Boots" for you. What the hell are you doing buying more shoes???? Didn't you see Ira's latest invoice?? Oy!

OK-I'm a little pooped now, and some idiot camera crew from CNBC is busy chasing us up the FDR, so I'm going to detour and get a massage at the club.

We can go out to dinner afterwards, but we need to be back before 7.30 or the "babysitter people" say that I'll turn into a pumpkin. Funny right? I'm thinking Pietro's. It might be nice to run into some of the old crowd--and I'm sure everyone is going to want to say that I did a great job of calling the latest rally.

Did you see that market close?! It'll be at least a hundred years before anyone else with a Midas Touch like mine comes along!!
