Getting cert from the Supreme Court has to be one of the best experiences any appellate attorney can have.  So it must really suck for Michael Ray, who'll have to lift some weights or fend off gang rape while his case gets argued before the Supreme Court.  This is honestly our survival strategy should we ever end up behind bars; make friends with the biggest gang on the block and handle their legal work.  If you got even one guy out early you'd be untouchable.  We would also get a big picture of Rita Hayworth and start tunnelling our way out.
