Ok, I realize that I won't always (usually?) have a say in what cases to take, but this?

A grown man sued an 8 year old boy and his father, alleging that the boy skiied into him at a ski resort in Denver. Apparently David Pfahler needed surgery after the accident. The article didn't say whether it was on his brain or not...

The boy's father says that the child only "tapped" Pfahler's skis. Pfahler says that he's being subjected to an "electronic tar and feathering" as a result of the lawsuit. For some reason, people keep calling him at home and saying rude things to him. Gee, I wonder why?

They're apparently also calling his lawyer's office as well as his employer (demanding that he be fired for something that had nothing to do with work--'cause that makes sense).

With people like this, no wonder lawyers have an image problem...
