: LawPunditIntentional Criminal Fraud and Invasion of Privacy by Adobe? Appeal to All Software and Hardware Companies: Please STOP USING the Proprietary Adobe Flash Player
By Andis Kaulins
Our Mozilla Firefox screen is being flooded with alerts that the "Adobe Flash Plugin has crashed". Let me tell you something, we could care less about this proprietary flash plugin and flash player. Rather, we consider these constant intrusions to be intentional criminal invasions of our privacy.
We think that Adobe, the people who own and run that company, and all the companies connected with them should be investigated by criminal district attorneys around the world to find out if these constant messages are an intended devious way to advertise this terrible company on every user screen.
Take a look at the enormous problems associated with the Adobe Flash Player at the MozillaZine Knowledge Base. You can't tell this user that all of that is not known in advance by the company prior to product release and yet they still release this defective software on the public, permitting constant screen warnings that advertise their failure-plagued institution.
It is time for the legal system and for law enforcement agencies to start to step in and start to put an end to what appears to us be clear criminal fraud.
