It has been a treat to join PrawfsBlawg as a guest blogger for the month of December. My thanks to all for reading and commenting, and my gratitude to Dan for inviting me to participate.

I look forward to seeing many of you at the Prawfs Happy Hour on Thursday at the Whiskey Blue Bar in NOLA. (Public service announcement: If you were planning to watch the BCS national championship game pitting Alabama versus Texas, which falls on the same night, I suspect that the bar will carry the game. So come along!)
