First Lawsuit Filed in Crash of Flight 3407 Near Buffalo

Buffalo, NY: One of the first lawsuits has been filed literally two weeks after the fiery plane crash that took the lives of everyone on board Continental Connection Flight 3407. The twin turboprop commuter plane, manufactured by Bombardier, ran into trouble on approach to Buffalo Niagara International Airport the night of February 12th and dropped onto a house in Clarence Centre, just northeast of Buffalo.
