New partners named at Glaser Weil

Gizer Klein

Glaser, Weil, Fink, Jacobs, Howard & Shapiro, LLP announced today that litigator Scott Gizer and corporate attorney Lisa Hamilton Klein have been elected to the partnership.

Mr. Gizer handles all aspects of business litigation with a specialty in real estate and construction. He received his B.A. from the University of California, San Diego and received his J.D. from Loyola Law School.

Ms. Klein has over 20 years experience counseling both public and private companies in general business and real estate matters, including securities, acquisitions and financings as well as work-outs and restructurings. She received her B.A. from Northwestern University and received her J.D. from University of California, Los Angeles.
