The NewMedia Consortium Horizon Reports have become a staple of library land for schools and higher education. I usually try to point to the new editions from this blog. Now there is a new one that is amed at the museum sector. Since so many libraries are partnered, affiliated with or part of museums, I thought I would point to this new one here too.

The report has been released under a Creative Commons license to encourage broad distribution.

It’s worth reading the report just to discover the common interests and concerns of both libraries and museums as public education and memory institutions.
