FROM THE UPCOMING ISSUE  |  Arbitration and firms: a very delicate dance
"A recent wave of lawsuits against law firms brought by their attorneys has some firms looking to mandatory arbitration as a way to gain control over such disputes. WEB-ONLY  |  Illinois attorney disciplinary panel removes 30 from registration rolls
"The Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission has taken the unusual step of removing about 30 attorneys from its registration rolls over the past year and a half because they failed to complete new continuing education requirements."
