Local Criminal Record Technology Continues to Improve
The Sarasota County, FL Sheriff's office claims that by using Vinelink, the public can "Search for the current custody status of arrestees. Updated every 15 minutes." This is very surprising to me. Vinelink really updates its arrestee records every 15 minutes? I can't help but wonder how true this is, and how many of Vinelink's many jurisdictions are updated this quickly.
