New York Attorney Courses on Traumatic Brain Injury

On November 8th and November 9th, I will be presenting courses for attorneys on the legal and medical aspects of traumatic brain injury.  These courses are sponsored by the New York Stata Academy of Trial Lawyers and can be attended by all attorneys.

On November 8th, the course will be presented from 5:30-7:30 PM at the University of Buffalo Law School

On November 9th, the course will be presented from 12 Noon-2:00 PM at MCBA, One West Main Street, 5th floor.

Both courses have been approved for continuing legal education credit in New York State.

Here is the course description:

Traumatic Brain Injuries
Understanding the medical and legal aspects of traumatic brain injury
Attorneys will obtain a strong grasp of the medical science surrounding traumatic brain injury as well as the trial procedures and techniques needed to bring a brain injury case to a successful resolution.

This couse should be attended by any attorney who is contemplating representing a victim of traumat brain injury.
