: Structured Settlements 4RealSettledmoney.com Copying our Content Without Attribution
By John Darer
A site registered anonymously through GoDaddy.com called settledmoney.com is grabbing Structured Settlements 4Real feeds, including category headings, and posting them as their own. They even claim a copyright in them as fast as we post them on OUR site. The site's tag line is "get your money now", an advertising claim that we believe is a total fraud. The content on our web site, including our "cash now pushers list" clearly sets forth our feelings on this fraudulent advertising claim.
Neither this author nor 4structures.com, LLC authorized the use of OUR copyrighted content in this manner and strongly believe that those who steal others copyrighted content deserve prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. The owners of settledmoney.com may wish to familiarize themselves with the statutory penalties under our nation's copyright laws.
Commenting on or a critique of our copyrighted content is welcome. Posting a linked feed of our content on a website where the source of the content is properly attributed (i.e. identifying Structured Settlements 4Real or this author) is also acceptable***. Using our content without attribution is stealing.
Masked cowards such as the owner of settledmoney.com need to be identified, pilloried and prosecuted.

***NOTE: This author and 4structures.com, LLC reserve the right to withdraw this if in our sole discretion our content has been placed on a blog, wiki or other website that is offensive, immoral, irrelevant to the subject matter in our content, or not in line with our business philosophy.
