``I want to go on record as saying that Bernanke?s QE2 has no chance of working, in the sense that it will do nothing positive in the long run, and won?t even do much in the short run to help our economy. It?s not only bad policy? it?s stupid policy? and even more importantly as far as I?m concerned, it?s totally out-of-touch-with-reality policy. Our government continues to demonstrate that they do not understand the problems our economy is facing, and the cause of those problems, and it?s frankly reached the point where it?s scaring me to death.
