Bing Hasn't Heard of Jerry Lewis

By Robert J. Ambrogi

Microsoft's new search engine, <a href="http://www.bing.com/">Bing</a>, has an xRank feature that shows the day's most popular searches. So with it being Labor Day weekend and comedian Jerry Lewis hosting the <a href="http://www.mda.org/telethon/">Muscular Dystrophy telethon</a> as he has for as long as I can remember, it makes sense that the name Jerry Lewis is at the top of the day's most popular searches.<br /><br />But Bing, it seems, has never heard of Jerry Lewis, the comedian. Instead, it thinks all those people are searching for information about <a href="http://bioguide.congress.gov/scripts/biodisplay.pl?index=L000274">Charles J. (Jerry) Lewis</a>, a U.S. representative from California. He's the white-haired guy pictured on Bing below. <br /><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://www.legaline.com/jerry%20lewis.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="317" src="http://www.legaline.com/jerry%20lewis.png" width="420" /></a></div><div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/3958829-822627620217727892?l=www.legaline.com%2Flawsites.html'/></div>
