: LawsitesCreate a Daily 'Newspaper' From a Twitter Stream
By Robert J. Ambrogi
ADVERTISEMENTS
Paper.li is a site that creates a daily newspaper from the stream of any <a href="http://twitter.com/">Twitter</a> user, updated every 24 hours. Below is a screen cap of one created using<a href="http://twitter.com/bobambrogi"> my Twitter</a> stream. To see the full page, go to my <a href="http://paper.li/bobambrogi">Daily on Twitter</a>. [A nod to <a href="http://twitter.com/clarinette02/statuses/12355542891">Clarinette</a> for tipping me off to this.] <br /><br />What makes it interesting is that it doesn't just pull the tweets, but pulls the articles, blog posts, images and videos that are linked in tweets. It then categorizes them into newspaper-like sections. Mine, for example, has a main news section at the top and then sections for media, technology, business, crime, privacy, health, art and entertainment, and living.<br /><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_iHYDAo93tQY/S8oGRDTE1jI/AAAAAAAAGgg/jpEr5yyP7VU/s1600/DailyOnTwitter.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="301" src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_iHYDAo93tQY/S8oGRDTE1jI/AAAAAAAAGgg/jpEr5yyP7VU/s400/DailyOnTwitter.png" width="400" /></a></div><div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/3958829-3101141148442126318?l=www.legaline.com%2Flawsites.html' alt='' /></div>Full post as published by Lawsites on April 17, 2010 (boomark / email).
