O'Shea Getz O'Shea Getz, an intellectual property boutique firm located in Springfield, Mass., is seeking an experienced patent attorney. Our target candidate has a BS or advanced degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering, or Physics, and preferably has several years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution. Candidates should be registered to practice before the USPTO. Admission to the MA or CT bar is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Registered patent agents currently enrolled in law school will also be considered.
