: New York City Personal Injury LawyerGirls? Ruffle Vests Recalled Due To Choking Hazard
By Chrissie Cole
White Ruffle Outdoor Vests have been recalled by the Children's Place Services Company, in cooperation with the CPSC, because metal snaps on the garment may detach posing a choking hazard.
To date, there have been no reports of injury. About 3,300 garments are involved in this recall.
The recalled vests are quilted and 'chalk' colored with a hood trimmed in fake fur. The number #587754 is printed on the garment label. [View Photos]
Consumers should take these items away from children. For those consumers that that purchased the recalled items online, they will be mailed a postage-paid envelope with instructions for returning the items for a refund.
