KingCast NPR/This American Life epiphany #6: Liko was not speeding, and Bruce McKay was not always "by the book."

Posted on August 18, 2008
Remember how some of the first reports out of Franconia said that Liko Kenney was pulled for speeding? Well I came across an email involving Attorney Strelzin and Chief Investigator Chuck West in which he gives West kudos and attaboys on freezing the 54mph speed at which McKay allegedly clocked Liko's Toyota...

KingCast NPR/This American Life epiphany #5: RSA 91-A request for Bruce McKay's 5/11 dash cam video prior to 6pm.

Posted on August 18, 2008
Dear Attorneys Ayotte and Modigliani, but mostly Ayotte because she is the highest legal officer of the State:It just occurred to me that I haven't seen the Bruce McKay dash cam video from earlier that day. It's really funny how every other time I've seen Bruce in action his front seat microphone is on, but as he went after Liko and Caleb -- again violating at least 8 Pursuit and OC Spray policies -- he shut it off and was otherwise incommunicado...

KingCast NPR/This American Life epiphany #4: Kelly Ayotte must reopen the Franconia shooting tragedy, step down from office or be disbarred.

Posted on August 18, 2008
Dear Kelly:I have patiently waited for more than a year now for you to confess to your transgressions in this case. As you have not done so I will now issue my official statement that supplements my first post regarding the KingCast/Franconia Collective March on Washington later this year...

KingCast NPR/This American Life epiphany #3: Gregory W. Floyd lied; he shot at least five (5) times.

Posted on August 16, 2008
Kelly Ayotte's Official Franconia report at p.6 notes when quoting Gregory P. Floyd: "His father fired three warning shots into the air..."So let's add those to the two that Floyd acknowledged shooting, at one of the two times he admitted not saying a word to Liko Kenney before shooting...

Hey KingCast, I'm not certain if I can trust This American Life producer Jane and columnist Tom... what if they ignore my concerns as did other media?

Posted on August 16, 2008
Tom and Jane will allow anyone and everyone they can reasonably accommodate to talk and cull the most salient portions of interviews for the show. I will work with them to see if they can host longer portions of the interviews in a separate cache to make sure nothing is taken out of context...

KingCast NPR/This American Life epiphany #2: NH AG Kelly Ayotte lied not once but twice re: Gregory W. Floyd firing on Liko Kenney without speaking.

Posted on August 16, 2008
Well it's a KingCast Civil Rights party with my LE pals at the AG's office. See, in preparation for next week's North Country guests and for the lawsuit I just filed with the assistance of retired LE (KingCast v. McLeod et al, Grafton Superior 08-E_192) I figured I would take a deeper look into things...

KingCast NPR/This American Life epiphany #1: Missing audio as Bruce McKay ignored actual dispatch requests on 5/11.

Posted on August 16, 2008
In preparation for next week's North Country guests and for the lawsuit I just filed with the assistance of retired LE (KingCast v. McLeod et al, Grafton Superior 08-E_192) I figured I would take a deeper look into things. Here?s what I see after another review using the dispatch calls...

Hey KingCast do you have NH Supreme Court support for your ethics complaint against Judge Cyr in the Gregory P. Floyd theft hearing?

Posted on August 15, 2008
In a word, yes."Electronic devices have been common in New Hampshire courts for years, used by members of the press and members of the public. The updated policy, as a uniform guideline, states that laptop computers, personal digital assistants, cell phones and related electronic devices are allowed in the courtroom unless a presiding justice finds the use of a particular device will disrupt a particular proceeding...

KingCast v. Martha McLeod et al. Grafton 08-E-192 poses first NH Constitutional tests to RSA 611-B:21 and HB 4108.

Posted on August 15, 2008
Emails to a State Representative or Senator are allegedly not subject to FOIA and NH Right-to-Know? What a laughable proposition, oh, yah. So I'll effect service on the Defendants next week. I think my choice of process server is certain to unnerve a few people, but in a very constructive way...

KingCast and Franconia Collective arrange a Party for Healing at Liam Shaw's Pub, 03580.

Posted on August 14, 2008
I'll post the flyer later today or tomorrow morning, but the Good Thing is that I can put to work some of those hospitality management and food service skills I reacquired a few years ago being a waiter after I caught a bogus criminal indictment. See, I was rudely interrupted from working the non profit HELP (Higher Education Learning Project) with NH Educator Chris Hookway, who then wrote this letter about the situation...

KingCast finds two new policy violations for Car 44, every 3 minutes he failed to maintain communications contact.

Posted on August 13, 2008
Look what showed up in the email tip jar, a copy of the 39 Franconia Policies, separate and distinct from the eight (8) other pursuit and OC Spray violations. Let's review para. 14 shall we?"No officer shall be out of radio contact with Grafton County Dispatch for more than three minutes without advising them by radio or telephone where he is and how he can be reached...

Like father like son: Gregory P. Floyd guilty of misdemeanor theft but should have been charged and convicted of felony theft like Gregory W. Floyd.

Posted on August 12, 2008
First of all, Judge Cyr violated the NH Supreme Court policy that specifically allows cameras, computers and other electronic devices. He allowed only one camera and it was not from a media source. Luckily the civilian gave me the pictures. I appealed his order in a well-reasoned objection I will upload tomorrow, and when he failed to address it I politely asked him for a ruling before the hearing, whereupon he bristled "My ruling stands...

KingCast says today is the day we find out whether Gregory P. Floyd can look forward to a criminal theft expungment like his daddy.

Posted on August 12, 2008
Littleton - Gregory P. Floyd, who has had about three (3) distinct continuances on a simple theft charge, is on again for 2 p.m. today, 12 August 2008, at Littleton District Courthouse. The Franconia Collective will be well-represented. Here is your background:Remember, if Junior is convicted for a crime of dishonesty that goes to his credibility for anything positive he has to say about his father on 5/11 or in his other criminal hearings, and there are several of those coming...

KingCast bids goodnight to Issac Hayes.

Posted on August 11, 2008
Ouch again. First Bernie Mack then Issac Hayes. I never met Bernie Mack but I did have the pleasure of busting chops with Issac Hayes and Evander Holyfield one evening at this show with Bootsy, George Clinton and Maceo. In person Issac Hayes is a formidable person...

KingCast lawsuit rips all over Martha McLeod's "One week 500 names" with a coupla' hundred signatures against her "hero" Gregory W. Floyd.

Posted on August 11, 2008
Dear Martha:I just read your plea for money.Let me break it down for you, Sister: First, the North Country has a lot of signatures about your "hero" Gregory W. Floyd, the previously (and since) convicted criminal threats offender to whom you and NH AG Kelly Ayotte "reached out...

Hey KingCast, I'm confused: Is the North Country/Franconia media event you're talking about going to happen the week of 11 August 2008?

Posted on August 09, 2008
Yes. That is what the producer told me earlier this evening and now I will return to preparations. Many of those of you in the North Country already know what's going on but if you need to know more you know to go straight to the Source for more information and you know who I'm talking about...

KingCast says "Goodnight, Bernie Mac."

I forgot he suffered from sarcoidosis. Here he is in Kings of Comedy.Steve Harvey was hootlarious too.We use video podcasting at KingCast.net and Justiceforkids.net to protect the First Amendment and highlight corporate and police abuse, such as the Ohio Board of Grievances, American Tower Corporation, Jaffrey Police Department, and the NAACP have all told material lies or unlawfully withheld evidence

KingCast and Chris King's 1st Amendment Page comments are a swear-free zone.

Posted on August 09, 2008
I'm sick and tired of wholly inarticulate people swearing in here. "BS" is okay and "I don't give a damn" is okay, and jackass and crap are okay, but the other stuff you people are bringing up in here lately is off-colour and it will not be tolerated...

KingCast applauds Tom LeCompte, Ira Glass & This American Life for bringing open dialogue to the Franconia shooting tragedy.

Posted on August 09, 2008
So there you have it, it is National Public Radio's This American Life. It relates to this tennis post and yesterday's post about the event. This is Tom LeCompte's website and book on tennis star Bobby Riggs and meanwhile here is his story and coverage of police corruption in my Aunt's town of Simsbury, CT...

Zen and the Art of Computer and Motorcycle Maintenance in the Franconia Shooting Tragedy part deux.

Posted on August 08, 2008
Okay so this was part un with my BMW buddy Nicole, one of very few female Certified Master Mechanics. Her Ducati 620 Monster (yellow) is on the block folks for those of you interested you can be sure it is mechanically 110%.But today the Principal of Empire State Computer took it to another level...

Greetings from KingCast and best wishes for a wonderful weekend!

KingCast RSA 91-A request to Kelly Ayotte and others: Car 44, where are you, and who shot the 4 missing bullets at Liko Kenney?

Posted on August 08, 2008
Dear Attorney Ayotte:First I would like a copy of the dispatch recordings and dialogue to go along with the other items I requested from Joanne Robbins. I'm not certain if this is any different from you offered last year but I need to be able to hear the one-ended conversation from Dispatch to Car 54 44K Bruce McKay, who was incommunicado for 6 minutes as he attacked Liko Kenney and Caleb Macaulay, violating 8 pursuit and OC Spray directives, including this one -- radio communications shall be maintained with the communications center...

KingCast says on GSR and Bruce McKay's hands and gas chromatography, "like father like son."

Posted on August 07, 2008
Sometimes you forget how you know something, but you just know it. Well lately there's been a shoo-fly-guy buzzing around here trying to say that I don't understand principles of GSR. Read more here. Then I remembered: My father retired as a chemist for a huge MNC, where he ran and wrote programs for Gas Chromatographs, highly sophisticated machines which are used in GSR analysis...

KingCast, Franconia Collective set to go to Supreme Court with NH AG Kelly Ayotte, et al. on RSA 611-B:21; RSA 91-A:3/4 in the Spirit of Liko Kenney.

Posted on August 07, 2008
One Bad Apple, or Some pigs feast on an upset apple cart. Here is your primer on what really matters and a fun GSR post here. The Complaint and Motion for Injunctive Relief against the Statehouse Respondents just need a quick review for spelling and syntax...

KingCast asks, "Is the former JAG attorney guy Bill -- who played guitar with BB King -- a repressed homosexual or does he need Viagra with women?"

Posted on August 07, 2008
This guy is really a trip, so I sent him a response to a recent post:To all:Bill "a/k/a Lower Slower Delaware" is a sick man in need of help.He publicly disclosed his family members being raped. He backpeddled after writing an expose entitled:"Try Gregory Floyd for Murder" long after he reviewed all of the salient facts at hand...

KingCast final draft RSA 91-A lawsuits against Martha McLeod, Terie Norelli, Town of Franconia and NH AG Kelly Ayotte in the Spirit of Liko Kenney.

KingCast schools a tool on GSR as he explains why RSA 611-B:21 is Unconstitutionally overbroad in the Franconia shooting tragedy.

Posted on August 06, 2008
So in the last post I told Kelly Ayotte why she is being sued, so that the matter can be settled in the Supreme Court. See, as of not, a citizen has no way of knowing if Bruce McKay fired his gun or not, because if we take Gregory W. Floyd at his word Bruce McKay most definitely DID fire his gun, but there's nothing in Kelly's report on that...

KingCast explains to Kelly Ayotte another reason why he is suing her for Bruce McKay's toxicology reports: Gun powder residue on Bruce McKay's hands.

Posted on August 06, 2008
Dear Kelly,The NH Supreme Court is the final arbiter on the Constitutionality and legislative intent of RSA 91-A Right-to-Know law. Lambert v. Belknap Cty. Convention, 949 A.2d 709, 2008 N.H. LEXIS 75 (2008). (That's my buddy Doug from GranitGrok, to you newbies, read more here)...

KingCast epiphany: What if Bruce McKay shot out the McKenzie window and not Gregory W. Floyd?

Posted on August 05, 2008
Look at this post where I wonder how in the hell and why in the heck Gregory W. Floyd would have shot out Connie McKenzie's window.... which is like, 90 degrees off from target. No, it doesn't make sense that Floyd would have shot in that direction, but it does make perfect sense that McKay could have shot in that direction accidentally, after Liko started shooting at him...

KingCast RSA 91-A request to Grafton County Sheriff/Dispatch on Bruce McKay's 6 minute incommunicado power trip against Liko Peter Kenney.

Posted on August 05, 2008
Dear Grafton County Sheriff's Office/Dispatch/Captain Leavitt/Attorney Hilaire:Certified Mail #___________________.Per RSA 91-A(4) Can you please provide me with any documentation you have that may indicate whether you experienced any outages or problems with service during the period of 1 May 2007 - 15 May 2007?I know for fact that Norman Bruce McKay was incommunicado with dispatch for nearly 7 minutes before he rammed Liko Kenney's car and OC Sprayed him, in clear cut violation of the principles set forth in the Franconia Policies...
