So...... I was driving down 89 last week and saw that huge sun ring, everybody was snapping pics of that. And yesterday I was visiting some friends on my first ride to NH and saw some cool outdoor images from my friend's porch. Then I saw another interesting image at Haru Sushi when I stopped for sushi later in the evening, it is one of the lounge lights on the wall...

Well........ not only that, but it's cool to surreptitiously take nekkid pictures of women on the beach and post them to your picture album, be forcibly recused from cases and lose on appeal to a pro se litigant for not knowing the parameters of your authoritaaaaay...

As Franconia residents head toward Russell Cumbee's Warrant ballot vote on Bruce McKay road naming, they will consider this....

Sooooo.... Here's the back story on Franconia newcomer (what, 5-6 years he's lived there) Russell Cumbee and his Warrant. This one occurred near Blue Hill and Holborn around 3pm today, shortly before I passed through on the way to a friend's place, you know, just rolling along, life is beautiful and stuff, then WHAM! Gravity Check, it ain't beautiful for everyone. The Officer told me that the kid was apparently going to make it...

This is an update to this post from Tuesday, 23 Feb 2010 on several public records requests in NH and MA. I know the Concord Police Department is checking in too. Counselor DiLorento Noble provided the Chelsea Court Docket numbers 0714CR3442 and 0714CR3443 relative to an alleged Civil Rights violation that Officer Talbot charged against William Settipane and Keith Rivers...

Ms. Whitlow is one of my radio co-horts, and she sure is looking lovely in the current Improper Bostonian. Ms. Maja makes some nice girly things including body butters, bath fizz, handmade glycerin soaps and some really crazy sweaters that she hand crafts from existing sweaters, scarves and well, whatever she feels like using! No pics of those online yet but I am told they are coming...

So the other day some tool wrote in and stated that a specific Attorney who is a friend of mine is being investigated. This I find fascinating because it represents a clear cut security breach and violation of protocol from the very quasi-State agency or organization purportedly in charge of policing Attorney protocol, so I says to the tool, I says: Vigro what's I'm axin' is whether or not there's been a charging Petition of Misconduct, because otherwise it seems that if there is some BBO investigation going on, you have been privy to information to which you shouldn't be, or you work for the BBO itself, either way you're in the wrong, he-heh...

Okay........1. Dan Talbot's last Official Act -- DA Dan Conley's office, by and through Jake Wark, said I should be receiving something this week or top of next. That's fine.2. Concord Police -- Sergeant Smagula shoots another cop while using a loaded firearm at an impromptu midnight "training" exercise at a closed credit union without any prior approval, picks up the shell casing in blatant violation of NH AG Peter Heed's Deadly Force Protocol, and keeps his job, no criminal charges for reckless conduct, unlike civilians as noted...
