So I was just chillin' out last night, playing chess and catching up on a mass of paperwork long-delayed during the past few weeks of my Dan Talbot Murder trial coverage that culminated in Suffolk County DA Dan Conley acting like a racist donkey's ass on video, when it hit me: These are the most misogynist, bullshit advertisements I have ever seen...

Sam Shaulson, Morgan Lewis and Citibank proved wrong again, this time on KingCast professionalism under adverse circumstances.

So I rolled video (coming late night with a bunch of other vids) on a cop-stop tonight outside the Dwight and Nicole show. The Officer was firm but quite respectful to the driver, I thought. But the officer had some questions for me, he did not appreciate my presence...

In February, 2009 Dan Conley refused to speak to a former State AAG and newspaper editor who blogged 35 videos of a contentious murder trial in the death of Revere Officer Daniel Talbot. In this YouTube video he put his finger in this black man's face and asked him for "credentials" even though he was aware that Judge Patrick Brady had given the man such credentials to roll video, take audio and still pictures and to provide commentary...

KingCast says Suffolk DA Dan Conley is such a racist First Amendment basher, he'll even talk to other media who use my images but disrespect me.

Conley, like a complete racist, First-Amendment-bashing jackass, turned to Seth Daniel immediately after disrespecting me and asked him if he had any questions, but the funny thing is (well it's not so much funny as it is arbitrary, capricious and racist), Seth and the Revere Journal have even used my courtroom photographs...

I have complimented Dan Conley's office when they did a good job (Stroman) and I have repeatedly said that both lead counsel (Prosecutor Zabin and Defense counsel Peter Krupp) in this case "performed admirably," but apparently that's not enough for DA Dan Conley...

In response to the "weakest link" post, it was Officer William Soto, and it supports my contention that a hung jury was close. Before I had video access I noted "Soto blasted on cross-examination." I was a juror on this trial. We discounted Soto's testimony pretty much as his was so different than everyone else ...

Sooo..... the Comcast boys were out around midnight conducting some sort of annual test they told me, it was interesting. I asked them a couple of times to refresh my signal because it was out, they told me "We're not here for that" but promised they would call to the home base to refresh it but when I climbed off the 650R and went inside, the signal had not been refreshed...

Here's an unbelievable case (the idiots at Scribd removed my full document scan I have mentioned several times.
