Well among other things, "Bob Dabolina" was hootlarious and scathing at the same time, and "A Minute to Pray and a Second to Die" is probably the best use of any Marvin Gaye sample I've ever heard and with a moral to the story I might add. Obviously tonight I'm in an old Hip-Hop mood and this was right before it all started getting negative and it stopped criticizing the lifestyle deathstyle and celebrating it, pumping it into the minds of our yoots...

I telephoned the public relations department during my lunch break from the Dan Talbot/Robert Iacoviello murder trial to discover that a recommendation was issued pursuant to the 19 January 2010 disciplinary hearing for this haterhead tool. A final decision will issue "within a week or two...

Some tool keeps saying I am anti-cop. As a former LE Attorney I can tell you that is far from true, I still have many LE friends. What is true is that I loathe irresponsible LE and coverups, I'll give him that much. And what good LE doesn't? That sort of activity taints the image of Good LE for crissakes...

Well.....In a word, sure. The legal profession is saddled with more luddites then you can shake a stick at, heck today at Judge Brady's courtroom today one local and quite solid attorney confessed that s/he finally got the hang of email recently -- and the entire legal system is kind of slow, in general, to embrace the merits of new technology...

Get this: The Massachusetts Division of Banks publicly stated that they believe Cat Gibbons and Miracle Mortgage violated policy and should be put right out of business.But when she asked for her own documents and waived confidentiality they claimed that she has to sign a Confidentiality Agreement that she won't go public with the information...

Without some type of medical/forensic testimony as to bullet fragment and approach angle, I gotta say it's entirely possible that Officer Talbot was felled by friendly fire. Look at that long narrow chute in the baseball field photograph that Officer Soto -- the worst marksman who did not pass his exam -- had to shoot through as he took cover behind the blue trash barrel...

Big Media has a habit of raising certain issues then things fall off of the radar. I'll be checking up on the racist pig Justin Barrett, and the earnest attempts of one legislator to reform the loan shark pawn shop industry.Apparently, only the Boston Phoenix blog and TOUCH FM/KingCast even mentioned Barrett's 19 Jan...

Here's the related post, showing the subsequent cross examination of Officer Johnson who admitted the Sergeant McFadden was still a complete liar. Same as he was back when his deceitful testimony resulted in a wrongful conviction for Allen Thrower. Basically McFadden's partner got his head blown off while McFadden -- probably in a food coma from too many Krispy Cremes -- slept and then lied about what he saw...

Martha Coakley and Kelly Ayotte are two abusive peas in a pod, they both lie about people with knives.

After nine months of investigation, the board, reputed to be the toughest in the country, voted 5-0, with one abstention, to commute his sentence...
