a post.... well, sort of

I apologize for the lack of posts. Although a fair amount of exciting things have been going on, I'm feeling kind of drained creatively. Don't get me wrong, I'm really enjoying work, the weather is still cold but slowly warming up, the book is moving along and I even got to play squash for the first time since coming to Halifax and I didn't suck. But, these experiences aren't instantly transferable to an interesting blog post. I will have more interesting posts in the future, however, in the meantime, here is a picture that was in the Halifax Chronicle Herald today:
