Yeah, to the newbies that's exactly what Floyd told this young man when he appeared on the scene. Now exactly what Floyd had finished doing with Liko's gun -- which he claimed he never got unjammed but which is seen here clearly unjammed, locked and loaded remains to be seen...

Well folks, the KingCast video is in the mix, but for now here is the audio (download/YouTube links). Interesting is Franconia counsel's attempts to explain away the fact that they had not provided a copy of Bruce McKay OC Spraying Sarah for the six month period that I had been requesting it...

Oh, KingCast won't slay them. They're going to bleed out from self-inflicted wounds and friendly fire. In short: 4:14Slanted? Nothing is more slanted than the AG's report, which 1. States that Floyd tried to talk to Liko when we all know from several sources, including Floyd at every other passage in his interview that he DID NOT SPEAK TO LIKO prior to shooting...

Bullet in pocket two.You need to read this post where I begin to realize how Floyd lied about what he did with Liko's gun and whether he got it unjammed, because as you can clearly see in the photo, Liko's gun is not jammed...

It was an innocent time full of inquiry. I wish I could go back there in some ways, but now what I've seen and learned will not allow me to do that. This is war. Here's a comment to a fellow named Dale who wrote in tonight. Dale is an EMT with mixed feelings about this tragedy, even as he acknowledged that Bruce McKay was a "complete prick" to him while in the prosecution of his duties as an EMT...

If Sharon Davis [McKay] lived with Bruce McKay for a period of 3 years she may be able to assume his last name and possibly the benefits of his estate. At one point he was bankrupt but I have no idea of his assets at the time of his egress from this Earth...

NEWSFLASH: The Calendonian Record and Littleton Courier have published the Citizen Jesseman letters to the media regarding HB 1428 "Bruce McKay Highway" which reportedly comes up for another hearing. As you can see, the Courier even ran its own Editorial "Character is important," praising the Public Works and Highway Committee for not ramming this bill down the throats of North Country residents...

Dear Attorneys Ayotte and Strelzin:You may recall the previous time I had to file an ethics complaint to obtain all of the witness statements on audio.It did occur to me that I need to close an important loop. As such:Please provide me with a copy of any and all notes, memoranda and correspondence that identifies any and all witnesses or potential witnesses to the 5/11 shootings, whether you recorded the statements or not...

I dunno, perhaps with a maniac like McKay with OC Spray to your immediate left and a 5,500 lb Tahoe in front of you, and a loader like this one to the immediate right, you might feel a tad "trapped." Franconia policies specifically warn against using pepper spray on someone who feels trapped because the person may react with violence toward others or kill himself...

In the first email she gets all cosy with Strelzin dissin' on me and takes it to the phone to avoid RSA 91-A/FOIA. Then take a look at her use of quotes in the second email when she says she waiting of a "firestorm" of activity. She's so "clueless" (Union Leader's own words) but she should have known there would be a "firestorm" of activity and now her little pet bill HB 1428 got smashed for a year...

See, I studied evidence from Professor Giannelli, who wrote or edited most of the evidentiary materials in the Ohio Evidence Manuals. Time to give him a call because see Floyd's high-dollar lawyers might try to run a PTSD or insanity defense on Floyd, and if so, they will have to get over the hurdle of this jerk's continuing pattern of violent activity as noted by former Easton Police Chief Robert Every in his Affidavit...

Second Wind BMW is one of the coolest bike shops around; they are just a mile down the road from our Japanimation shop at Best Cycles (Honda/Suzuki) and they sell Triumph as well.They also have Nicole White, the second woman in the country to earn the Master Mechanic Certification, and she's a badass, as noted in Paul Landau's Nashua Telegraph feature...
