There's Kelly Ayotte's hero, Gregory W. Floyd. He looks really "handicapped," huh? Reporter West asked me about that picture on the blawg and I told her I did not know who that officer was, nor could I remember from which disc I managed to find that pic, but I'm glad she and her team enlarged it so you can see how handicapped he is not...

I left a message for duty attorney Jennifer Davis and spoke for a while Friday evening with former NH AAG Mark Zuckerman and will be following up after the Holiday...

In honor of Chess legend Bobby Fisher, no doubt he pushed a pawn. The trial is set for 11 a.m. 13 March, 2008 and KingCast will be there with bells on. I played for Hawken's chess team in high school I can dig it. Also went to state debate for Hawken so I know that it's undebatable when you reach checkmate...

I also have Sara Arrest Report (but of course no Use-of-Force Report as required law) and the logs and sign in sheets from Bruce McKay and will be reviewing those in the next hour or two. Okay, reviewed them and as I already said, Sarah was uncooperative...

I have direct knowledge that every NH statesman/woman has received emails from the Franconia Collective and others, including a retired JAG attorney decrying HB 1428. I have direct knowledge that I can sue to discover who opened the emails as well, so for those of you who don't pay attention I'll be able to discover that...

McLeod, Ayotte and McKay: Heartbreakers, with their 44's.... stole the love right out my heart. While Liko ultimately fired the first shot on 5/11 with his 45, these so-called government leaders were shooting daggers into the heart of Franconia for many years before that...

Yes they most certainly were. Some crazy times with them boys I'll tell you what. I knew Happy Chichester a bit, and drummer Carlton -- that skinny lil' black boy bangin' on the drums -- pretty well. Funk-Rock was never so good. Of course living across the street from the annual Comfest was just a bit of it, too...

May it please the Court: At the 10 January Motion Hearing, Counsel for Defendant Ayotte tried to make the point that the statements of Sam Stephenson, Stanley Sherburn and Chuck Herbert were provided in the investigative pdf files (which Defendant refuses to place online) so therefore there was no violation of Right-to-Know...

She came, she showed her conflict of interest and was "clueless" according to the Union Leader. Now she should resign her position. Maybe then those 150+ responses to the Committee will be forwarded to the town selectmen as they should have been months ago...
