The Union Leader -- a paper that called KingCast a clumsy Jesse Jackson wannabe -- has hailed Mary Tenn as someone who is "fiercely intelligent with common sense to go with it."Smart this: If her client "wins" she will have won the right to exclude someone recognized by award-winning journalists as a journalist, without a single journalistic Ethics claim against him and without any finding of defamatory conduct or event interruptions, to be banned from covering publicly-advertised GOP events...

When Dennis Hogan called KingCast a "trouble maker," he was referring to Constitutionally-protected activies, KingCast won that issue.

Unbelievable. Good to know that the rights of racists in America are well-preserved on the Internet.... the question remains whether Candidate Kelly Ayotte protects and encourages this sort of racism. It's a valid question, given that John McCain and now Kelly Ayotte have both ejected the only black reporters at their campaign events...

Some thoughts came to mind after I wrote today's interim post from Nashua, as I piloted the little 650R through the brisk New England evening toward The Hub. In no particular order, then: 1. This UL Editorial "Hidin' Hodes: A man afraid of the people" really irks me because if anyone is afraid of the people, it is Kelly Ayotte, as I told Jean Shaheen's people today...

Sooooo...... just a handful of images from this morning's non-fire down the street, over at flckr. My neighbor -- whose husband is a firefighter -- had a wacky clothes drier that almost caught on fire, that's all. But the crews were there at the ready, regardless...

First you had them calling former DOC Superintendent John Boone "Boone the Coon" in the 70's.
