KingCast presents: Boo-Yah!!!! The Ghetto Golden Oldie of the Year.

Posted on November 28, 2009
Boo-Yah!I'll send that out to each and everyone who reads this blog, and you can take it as you like. Some folks think my blog is "despicable" or "Ghetto" and that I'm Ghetto. Whatever that means, after all much of Middle America lives in suburban sprawl Ghettos when you get right down to it, including Ditmar Kopf/LS/Light Shiner/Ghost of Wilhem Canaris -- another racist pig working on Adolph Hitler's Plantation, yah...

KingCast says Sam Shaulson and Citibank are wrong to make Senate hopeful Kelly Ayotte their hero; she's malfeasance on wheels!

Posted on November 28, 2009
http://www.wepapers.com/Papers/83871/Sam_Shaulson_Citibank_Motion_to_Compel_+_Motion_to_Strike_RebuttalAnd you know what else? The more Citibank fights this the more I get to expose what REALLY happened in NH to the MCAD office of lawyers, with Citibank hero Kelly Ayotte showing her true malfeasance...

KingCast and the iPhone present: A pretty flower.

With so many people writing in here with their negativity and lies to try to keep me busy, I figured it was time to share a nice little piece of art that a friend of mine had in the window. A Good Evening to All, nighty-night catch you on the 'morrow! We use video podcasting at KingCast...

KingCast dissects a hater and a Downpressor Man trying to attack First Amendment Rights.

Posted on November 27, 2009
Here's what someone wrote me today:Perhaps one of us posting is an investigator just engaging you so you keep making your incriminating comments that will cause your final downfall.KingCast response: I have no doubt that there are disgruntled LE, the same sort who called the NAACP the "National Association of Asshole-Colored People" (read the comments for the direct quote) lurking about and trying to get me to say or do something illegal...

Ditmar Kopf helps KingCast show how Sam Shaulson, Esq. and Citibank are lying about Exhibit C.

Posted on November 27, 2009
Through vigorous discourse consonant with the First Amendment that our so-called Founding Fathers envisioned, Ditmar Kopf brought about a small epiphany that shows how deceitful Citibank really is.Therefore I'll be amending my Reply Memoranda to note that not only can one read the name one the back of the canceled check, banks scan images as a virtual signature; that's how they check signatures...

Hey KingCast, some tool said you and Casey Sherman "are not even close to beng[sic] on the same page."

Posted on September 30, 2009
Read the comments to see the conversation between the Tool (not the sharpest of the shed that's for certain) and Yours Truly. Meanwhile I'm making my way through Casey Sherman's book about the Franconia Shooting Tragedy, "Bad Blood: Freedom and Death in the White Mountains," and before you skip to the comments section I have a few more observations for the Tool on the front page, right here and above-the-fold (for you old-schoolers!)...

KingCast, the iPhone and Kawasaki 650R present: Casey Sherman: Bad Blood: Freedom and Death in the White Mountains.

4:20 pm and 4,200rpm on the dial for you Liko. Hope you dig the little iPhone swirly on the visuals bro. 'cos we got your back, man.In fact, the book is dedicated "For the People of Franconia."To those of you supporters and detractors who are wondering what it says:I don't know what it says about the investigation yet other than this generalization by some well-respected former editor of the Concord Monitor:"According to Pride, Sherman portrays Ayotte as being "overeager to lionize McKay and to clear Floyd of wrongdoing in the shooting of Kenney...

KingCast gets report of Gregory Floyd sightings in Littleton.

Posted on September 29, 2009

KingCast applauds the Flaherty/Yoon ticket and their politics of inclusion.

Posted on September 29, 2009
Boston City Councilors Michael Flaherty and Sam Yoon have joined forces on an historical two-person ballot for the November 3 election as Mayor and Deputy Mayor. In a morning press conference at City Hall Plaza the two men explained that contrary to the naked assertions of Mayor Menino, there is vigorous precedent for such a position, including the appointments made by Mayor White...

KingCast presents: Casey Sherman on FOX 25 discussing "Bad Blood: Freedom and Death in the White Mountains."

Posted on September 29, 2009
It's going to get interesting, folks. I note at the YouTube link:A 3 minute interview cannot begin to scratch the surface of this book, so tune in to TouchFM.org, Boston 106.1 on 8 October 2009 and listen to Casey and me discuss these matters for at least half an hour...

KingCast applauds Union Leader for finally publishing facts that show Kelly Ayotte covered up the Franconia shooting tragedy.

Posted on September 28, 2009
"New book questions Ayotte judgment in officer shooting." When it comes to the fact that they dutifully ignored me and everyone in the Franconia Collective -- and even struck our comments from their chat boards a la ABC News and 20/20, it's All Good because as I told one Janus-faced tool this morning: When it comes to the facts of the cover up, even the Union Leader is covering Casey Sherman's book, fool...

KingCast presents: The Ultimate Ultimate riding machine: The BMW S1000 RR.

Posted on September 27, 2009
I'm personally not the Biggest Fan of racer-type bikes (the 650R is almost a standard really), but gosh darn BMW sure makes some nice ones. The K1300 was awesome to ride and felt pretty sharp all around, but with lighter weight and a even more HP than the 1300 (193) this thing has got to be absolutely, positively off the hook :)Related post: BMW day in Worcester...

The local media gallery at Wally's tonight.Let's face it: Barring Divine Intervention, we all knew Kevin wasn't going to make the final ballot.Let Menino face this: Kevin McCrea's relentless queries into Boston business-as-usual politics, replete with active and successful litigation (McCrea et al...

Hey KingCast I'm confused.... you consider yourself an oral advocate, but did you really place second in the Midwest BLSA Moot Court Competition?

Dear Attorney Velella: You are about to get your wish, and a public discussion and boycott to boot.

Posted on September 21, 2009
I'm filing with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) on Thursday, 24 September, 2009. Then you can produce for them the bank video and audio that you claim shows me to be acting in such a manner that would warrant your client refusing to open a bank account for me to cash Derrick Gillenwater's legal malpractice settlement check...

Citizen response to Boston Globe's endorsement for Michael Flaherty, whom Kevin McCrea defeated in an Open Meeting lawsuit.

Posted on September 21, 2009
The Boston Globe writes in glowing terms of a mayor who has been resting on his laurels. At this point one can assume that he?s thinking if I retired I wouldn?t know what to do so I?m going to run again for mayor! Even though Boston is an ?increasingly diverse city? looking at the Mayor?s office and the positions of leadership over the past 16 years, the Mayor has yet to have his office and city offices reflect the face of the city! It?s no wonder that the Boston Globe?s financial situation has been dismal; their continuous biased reporting of elections makes it no surprise...

Touch FM, Tito Jackson and Kevin McCrea attend Academy Homes Community Party, Yoon, Flaherty, Menino conspicuous by their absence.

Posted on September 20, 2009
Boston Councilor-at-Large candidate TIto Jackson and Mayoral candidate Kevin McCrea -- and no other Mayoral Candidate -- were in attendance at today's Second Annual Academy Homes Community Party. Tenant's council president Abass Dieng, explained that there are five areas within the community involved -- Academy Court/Academy Terrace/Slayton Way/Weaver Court/Weaver Way, and the whole point is to have people from diverse backgrounds meet and enjoy each other's company...

KingCast catching up with Hall Kirkham, Hawken '83.

Posted on September 20, 2009
Hall and I were good friends back in '73 onward even though one time he caught a pass from me on a wide-out in 8th grade and the defender's helmet neatly split his chin wide open. Well at least it was a first down LOL!!! OF course it was his father who gave me my first ride in a BMW, a '74 2002 that he drove in reverse on occasion through the back streets of Cleveland Heights...

KingCast and Sam Yoon agree: Time for the Mayor of Boston to use a taxpayer-owned cell phone for Open Records compliance.

Posted on September 18, 2009
Well as predicted earlier today relative to tonight's NECN profile on Kevin McCrea, Mayor Menino was a no-show as the heat rises in the kitchen about his administration's missing emails and the use of his personal phone for public business, leaving no public records trail...

KingCast sees Boston City Councilor Chuck Turner and friend waiting for Justice.

Posted on September 17, 2009
Chuck's hearing was delayed and rescheduled today because his lawyer has a murder case that went to Jury. When the hearing resumes it will hopefully address the Unconstitutional Gag Order ((Gag (out of) order by Globe Columnist Kevin Cullen) the State is trying to put him under, same as the BS that Derrick Gillenwater went through until Chuck and I got the ACLU involved and they -- by and through Proskauer Rose et al -- wrote Supreme Court briefs and the underlying case settled...
