Citibank seems to think that anything I have done or was accused of in the past is somehow relevant to them discriminating against me today. Well then two can play that game, because in the same time span President Obama sued Citibank for unlawful discrimination (see link), Citibank employees passed racist literature and jokes and workers as far away as Seoul, Korea accused Citibank of lying and of unlawful discrimination and took the extraordinary measure of striking to prove it...

One can draw public censure for that in RI even without specific Code of Ethics on it. 'Rule 1.8 of the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct says, in part, ?A lawyer shall not have sexual relations with a client unless a consensual sexual relationship existed between them when the client-lawyer relationship commenced...

Sam Shaulson and Citibank still backpedaling on the production of relevant videos that will show them lying in racial discrimination case.

Therefore I am entirely aware that people are busy lying and fabricating alleged "threats" that I have made against people and misrepresenting and lying about the actual substance of what I have written in a manner that is calculated to incite law enforcement to take legal action against me...

After weeks of Sam Shaulson, Morgan Lewis and Citibank playing games with video that they tried to "threaten" my lawyer with, I wrote a Motion to Compel and they said they would forward the video to MCAD "immediately." They don't want me to post any parts of it on YouTube because it will show they were lying about my behavior at the bank...
