We just don't have as much hair but I love you as much as I ever did =^.)We use video podcasting at KingCast.net and Justiceforkids.net to protect the First Amendment and highlight corporate and police abuse, such as the Ohio Board of Grievances, American Tower Corporation, Jaffrey Police Department, and the NAACP have all told material lies or unlawfully withheld evidence

Hey KingCast I'm confused... can you practice law again because you've been suspended and falsely accused of a crime when the charge was dismissed?

Well in a word, yes.In fact, maybe I'll ask the Shaheens for a re-entry referral like they gave to their current of Counsel Attorney Michael McGlaughlin, a lawyer who served 19 months on a mail fraud conviction, according to the Law Professor Blog Network's "Sentencing Law and Policy" blog...

I just got a letter from Attorney Hilaire in which, on further reflection, he declined to issue documents on Gregory W. Floyd. In turn, I wrote him as noted in the comments.Attorney Hilaire has been forthcoming with documents to date -- some of which contain relevant fax headers that are currently slamming the Town of Franconia -- and as such I commend him for his professionalism in this regard...

KingCast goes straight to ATF on Gregory W. Floyd after FOIA informs: "We have a 6 month backlog.... and that's just for an acknowledgment letter...."

Yah, to hell with the FOIA thing on Floyd that will be years in the making. What a phone call that was, when she told me I had to apologize for laughing in her ear. Sure I'll give Attorney Mark Zuckerman a call at the local U.S. Attorney's Office just for good measure, as he vowed he would approach the ATF several months ago...

Well I never thought you'ld ask, but first of all still no response in today's mail on the final Mother's Day Notice of Bad Faith with the Certified U.S. Mail and fax header information showing the Town and Chief Montminy lied to Judge Vaughn and/or willfully destroyed an Ethics Complaint against Bruce McKay written by a well-respected local attorney by the name of Troy Watts...

Okay first the Good: Back on 9 May 2008 I posted about the outstanding issues. The State Police, by and through Attorney Marta Modigliani, again led the way with open communication. Even though she was out of the office, she already told me what she can and can't do as she is formalizing her response and getting a cost estimate for the DVD in which Bruiser Bruce McKay detained a 79 year-old elder for about two hours for an expired registration...

BTW some people say that I shouldn't bring up my experiences with Ransmeier & Spellman or Kelly Ayotte in Liko's case.But by studying the very recent past you can more readily understand the present: Charlie Bauer -- Dan Mullen's superior and a partner there, withheld evidence too when he told the court "that's the Universe" with respect to exculpatory emails in the State's case against me for Attempted Felony Extortion when I was NAACP Legal Chair but that was a total lie...

Back on 31 December 2007 I blogged about the Town of Lyndeborough eliminating the position of Police Chief. This is permissible when done for financial reasons. Having a police chief who lies by omission in a Court of Law can and will likely cost the town a lot of money in litigation, not just KingCast litigation but other litigation...

It is unbelievable what passes for journalism these days. Here's a Concord Monitor and Seacoast Online story by Clare Trapasso in which Angela McKay notes that "Perhaps trying to push to get the roadway named after Bruce wasn't the best idea." That much is an accurate quote and a fact...

I'll never forget the edited "raw" footage from WMUR when that bailiff dude tells me to keep my mouth shut for telling Floyd that he murdered Liko Kenney. Maybe for a minute, but not for long, yah. The name of the blawg is the name of the game. BTW isn't it Floyd who answers in the affirmative the first time I said he murdered Liko Kenney? Is that an admission or statement against interest? A strong argument could be made that it is...

Okay, first I can now obtain for $15 each for the 3 McKay DUI videos, one of which is of Ms. B (case dismissed for lack of Probable Cause by Judge Cyr). It will be interesting to see what we see about the penis-shaped knife near labia/groin/private parts, etc...
