A few questions:a) did Defendant Montminy in fact forward the matter to his insurance carrier, i.e. Dan Mullen as Attorney Watts warned him to do;b) if so, did Mullen have an ethical duty to provide the documents to Montminy or to the Court when requested given that there is no Attorney Client Privilege that attaches because these are public documents;c) is Mullen's office considered a place that should have been searched pursuant to the Order of the Court as noted in Defendant Montminy's Affidavit?Perhaps a complaint to the NH Bar Association will help sort that out...

That is precisely what some tool from YouTube sent me the other day in my YouTube mail. There are closed-minded people there just as anywhere else, including another one named rattlunhum who refused to acknowledge that McKay violated six (6) distinct Franconia policies on pursuit and OC Spray as proved in the lawsuit...

In response to a comment from someone in Columbus in this seminal post about what really happened to Liko Kenney, I discovered that an old friend of mine died several years ago. Bruce was the chef/owner of Tapatio Restaurant and obviously I've lost touch with a lot of people there since 2000 and did not know of his passing in 2005...

Just a logical question to ask as noted in yesterday's seminal post about the location of the McKay .45 casings, which is appreciably south of where McKay and Liko intersected as you can see by the steady, even blood spatter that goes directly across the road to the McKenzie driveway...

If he'll harass an elder for two hours and after what I've seen him do to Liko Kenney I have no doubt he tuned up his lady and terrorized Ms. B in the back seat of his cruiser. Say the mantra: Negligent hire, negligent retention, negligent supervision...

I've been waiting for a while for this and if anyone can prove me wrong have at it: Connect the dots, Kelly. Those are McKay's shells (they are numbered 19, 20, 24 etc.) in the background I dunno 25-30 feet away from where Liko's car ends up. Note that McKay's Sig as pictured is going to discharge casings on the right, same way Liko's casing ended up on his windshield when he shot from the left, as reflected at Item #9...

The town won't even ask the manufacturer not to use the town logo on the Gregory W. Floyd Tye band. I have provided the town with ample law to support a request to Cease and Desist, BTW read the comments. So this means the town is supporting a 3 time felon and potential likely murderer...

The Tahoe has rear seat video and audio and you can see the equipment if you take half a second to look. You can hear some audio because McKay left it on despite turning off his shoulder/belt remote front seat mike and muting his 2way Motorola radio for some reason...

A very short post. Here's the link someone raised in a Franconia/North Country topix forum just now. Frankly, I'm overwhelmed. Given the population density and the nature of what most of these people were doing -- you know, like hiking as opposed to gang warfare -- it doesn't seem right to me...

Okay, Rome is still burning. Perhaps the Franconia Collective can build it back stronger though, with some integrity. I told you back in this post about why it was so important that the town knew of the 2006 Ethics Complaint against Bruce McKay: It supplemented years of abuse and foreshadowed the potentiality of future abuse, as McKay violated at least six (6) major police procedures on 5/11 against Liko Kenney...

Sometimes it's hard for me to imagine a homicide case with any more lies and misrepresentations than the one in Franconia almost a year ago to the date, involving Liko Kenney, Bruce McKay and 3-time felon Gregory W. Floyd. Here's a comment from a person in the UK who is just bloody pissed off...

Honestly we have no idea what to expect. We just want to know why:1. One cannot hear sound at all to the naked ear except the slightest bit of wind rush at 19:13:10 in this WMUR version:2. One can hear sound on this WMUR version: You can hear the wind rush as McKay accelerates and muffled voices at 19:13:10 and voices again at 19:14:20 and again at 19:15:30 when McKay is face-to-face with 3 time felon Gregory Floyd and still more at 19:15:40 as McKay bashes Liko's car and Liko raises both hands in shock and defense...

So KingCast goes back to work at 5:05 a.m. on Liko Peter Kenney's birthday with a bit more analysis of "Expert shot" Floyd......

Now that KingCast countenance is clouded by contemplative consternation and news from Columbian Cokane about Sgt. Franklin. Nice Nashua sunset over the neighbor's crib yah.
