The Court, by and through a 24 April 2008 Decision on pending Motions for Reconsideration, basically ordered Defendant Ayotte to produce another homicide protocol (manual) for inspection to determine whether it should have been provided to Petitioner KingCast...

KingCast says thank goodness for genetic non-discrimination bill, but gives boos to Clarence Thomas on race discrimination.

I give credit where it's due and rail when that's due. I gave Big Ups to Prosecutor Robert Gainor for nailing Gregory Floyd for Criminal Threats and I throughly enjoyed rapping with him during the breaks. And here today, I do not see a downside to the Genetic non-discrimination bill...

I'll scan it sometime today but the quick and dirty on this issue now that I am half-way done, with Attorney Hilaire is next.1. NH AG seized files in May 2007 and may have taken the 2003 Arrest Report on Liko Kenney, that's why I got it from the AG's office and not them...

KingCast says Kelly Ayotte and Jeffery Strelzin may be lying again, claim they have no fingerprint evidence on Liko Kenney's gun.

First off, newbies should read this documented set of lies that Kelly and other LE have told about Floyd.Next: Is this the shell game again? In this 18 April 2008 post I reminded Defendant Ayotte that she was quite tardy in her RSA 91-A responses to me on the fingerprint/guns issue...

House Counsel David Frydman ignores request for Fraud Counsel or Interim Study and says they have no emails on HB 1428 because they were deleted.

Said "an individual legislator's emails are not a public record and not available pursuant to a Right-to-Know request," and that "[Speaker Noreli] deleted those e-mails after reading them and they are not longer available in the office's computer system...

Just think about it, they could have been standing in a locked embrace in front of that there toolbox and Floyd, who started shooting at Liko Kenney before he ever ran into Bruce McKay according to Gregory W. Floyd's own son, could have yet more kills to brag about...

Kelly Ayotte and Jeffrey Strelzin knew all about the scary side of Gregory W. Floyd and kept it hidden for absolutely no lawful reason, while telling us everything negative she could about Liko Kenney, even when no convictions were involved.If she had presented us Floyd's CORI and his false military statements the whole World would have said "WTF you let that guy go in one day?"Floyd CORI pages one, two and threeNo, she knew all of it and closed the book pronto so that people -- like me -- wouldn't delve into it...

And then it just struck me: KingCast is a public law firm, for the public interest.

Read the comments to this post about Liko's clip that might have been in his gun but was more likely in Floyd's pocket, which would explain why Liko's live round was also found in his pocket. But of course there's no need to reopen the investigation for the murder of Liko Kenney...

Here's today's Notice of Bad Faith to Judge Vaughn in KingCast v. Ayotte/Franconia, 07-E-268 as he prepares to issue his assessment of Costs. See with Franconia dragging their feet it delays the Court ordering them to give me my money, then it's harder for me to do what I have to do to keep this case on the boil...

Here is the post noting that Kelly passed the buck to Lieutenant Charles West 603.271.2663 on the Court-Ordered production of the original dash cam video that she fought for some reason. He was on vacation last week and yesterday but is scheduled to return today so I will call him...

KingCast snoozed on his domain renewal and I'm broke as hell. It will be back up somehow, soon.Maybe if Kelly and Franconia would pay me the money the owe me from KingCast v. Ayotte et al. I could power it back up, ha!Just kidding, the Court hasn't issued a final computation of costs yet (here is my memorandum) mostly because Franconia is stalling on its requirement to produce the Affidavits that are likely to land them in hot water one way or another...

Second is Policy D: Pursuit Tactics:(3) Officer shall not attempt to overtake a fleeing vehicle.(4) Officers may not intentionally use their vehicle to bump or ram the suspect's vehicle in order to force the vehicle to stop or to be pushed into a ditch...

As time goes on certain things come into perspective for you. I have mentioned this issue on several occasions but never put it all together until now. So that "Official Report" that says at p.42 that Floyd was unarmed when Liko Kenney struck McKay with the car is a total lie...

Jerry Doyle and I lived on a Plantation in Columbus for a while, and Liko Kenney lived on one up in Franconia too. Anyway, it's hard to say how things are going right now. It is in some ways a very complex case and I don't think anyone right now knows it better than I do so it takes some time to get around on it...

Hey KingCast I'm confused...did you or anyone at the Franconia Collective predict Floyd's irrational behaviours or that he would do serious jail time?

But, she added, that has not happened in the case that ended with Floyd shooting Liko Kenney, 24, minutes after Kenney killed Franconia Police Cpl...
