KingCast tells Defendant Ayotte she's overdue on the ballistics/fingerprint request regarding Gregory W. Floyd and Liko Kenney's second clip.

Posted on April 18, 2008
Well I'll be damned, my how the time flies. Back on 26 Jan 2008 in the Black History Post I told Kelly I would be expecting the fingerprint analysis regarding Liko Kenney's second clip, vis a vis how Gregory W. Floyd wound up with Liko Kenney's live round in his pocket...

KingCast explains exactly what happened on 5/11 and why Gregory W. Floyd must be tried for the murder of Liko Kenney.

Posted on April 18, 2008
I'm cutting straight to the chase. See the bullet hole in Liko's windshield appears to be from the side (click on the photo to enlarge for you newbies) so that would put Liko trying to turn away from it, or to the north/east -- and straight into the path of the struggling McKay who had staggered across 116 moving in a NE direction...

KingCast presents: Scenes from the safety of the sidewalk at Gregory W. Floyd's Criminal Threats Trial, where he was convicted and then some.

Posted on April 18, 2008
Mickey de Rham (from this post describing Liko's last hours), Writer Sherman -- read last paragraph, Reporter Anderson and another bloke whose name escapes me. Now the bloke at whom I appear to be looking at with disdain (I was squinting in the sun) I know his name but I ain't tellin'...

KingCast says hey fellas hide your ladies from the lyre bird!

Posted on April 18, 2008
KingCast says ok fellas I don't care what kind of rap you got with the ladies, this guy's got you covered =^.)Related oldie: Jaggerz "The Rapper."We use video podcasting at KingCast.net and Justiceforkids.net to protect the First Amendment and highlight corporate and police abuse, such as the Ohio Board of Grievances, American Tower Corporation, Jaffrey Police Department, and the NAACP have all told material lies or unlawfully withheld evidence

43 Kills, Vietnam and what? KingCast explains his strategy with Gregory W. Floyd and moves on to True Crime Weblog story proposal..

Posted on April 17, 2008
Am I really going to file suit or a criminal charge against Gregory W. Floyd? Nah, but whom do you think he's staring at in this picture? And there is more than a colourable claim that he most certainly did lunge at me with that cane and that cane is a deadly weapon every day it is...

KingCast revisits the Kelly Ayotte/Martha McLeod emails coddling Gregory W. Floyd.

Posted on April 17, 2008
"Let's reach out to Gregory Floyd," says Ayotte, "based on [my] conversations with State Rep. McLeod." Nice. As noted in this post, everyone's perceptions about what really happened on 5/11 will soon be adjusted as well. Photo courtesy Lorna @ Calendonian Record...

Mickey de Rham enlightens KingCast on Liko Kenney's last hours, "I love doing this for you and I love my job!"

Posted on April 17, 2008
I'm standing curbside waiting Gregory W. Floyd's day in Court one/two to commence when a woman I don't know walks up to me and says "You must be Chris King," and quickly moves toward me. Wary of public receptions like that given to Andy Warhol I kinda pull back for a second then I realize It's All Good...

KingCast to NH AG Kelly Ayotte: It's time to reopen the possible murder of Liko Kenney by Gregory W. Floyd.

Posted on April 17, 2008
I could link all of the patent misrepresentations that Defendant Ayotte in Grafton Superior 07-E-268 has issued but that would be redundant. Here's a Big One: P. 42 of the Official Report:"Floyd was unarmed at the time he witnessed Liko Kenney shoot Cpl...

Shaheen & Gordon's Bill Christie outlines a losing argument for anyone who would kinda' listen for a minute. I didn't listen for a second.

Posted on April 16, 2008
Whatever. I told y'all back on 24 May 2008 that Gregory W. Floyd was nothing but a murderous tool; take a look.Felon Floyd and I had some serious stare downs from the drop when he drove up with his wife and under-criminal charge son who can't keep a job at Wal-Mart...

"Walk on by?" KingCast says where the hell is Bill Christie going when his boy is all hemmed up on new assault charges?

Posted on April 16, 2008
Effin' Rent-a-Center maybe Floyd should have called them for a damn lawyer today over in Grafton hahahahaha. Damn I crack myself right up but that's funny as hell though, right =^.)What is the really cool Dead President's Dionne Warwick/Issac Hayes track "Walk on by?" I've had the honor of meeting both of them BTW...

KingCast presents a gentle reminder of Fourth Estate duties for WMUR in the Gregory W. Floyd second criminal threats conviction.

Posted on April 16, 2008
My 20 years of experience in journalism as an editor and photojournalist tells me you shouldn't have cut out Gregory W. Floyd's lunge toward me that was umm... arrested by Court personnel in your purportedly "raw" video. It only took another few seconds so I can't imagine why you would deprive your readership of this relevant information...

"Hey KingCast shut up... you keep your mouth shut or you'll wind up in jail yourself."

Posted on April 16, 2008
Oh, the hell I will. You lock me up for what I said about Gregory Floyd murdering Liko Kenney and make my day 'cos I'll hit you with a Civil Rights Action by the time I'm arraigned.KingCast don't play that. And FWIW I'm contemplating leveling an Assault charge of Gregory W...

The KingCast Kelly's hero "I told you so" post on Gregory W. Floyd and a huge thank you to certain NH LE including Prosecutor Robert Gainor.

Posted on April 16, 2008
As John McEnroe would say when it came to Match Point he really stepped up big and cracked a big backhand winner right down the line. He helped put Gregory W. Floyd away for a long time, and I thoroughly enjoyed our ahem -- courtside discussions yesterday as did he...

Dear Attorney Mullen: It's 9:42 p.m. fifteen days later. Do you know where your Affidavits are?

Posted on April 16, 2008
Check out his response to the Rule 57A Contempt warning. For the significance of these Court-Ordered Affidavits, read this post. Look at Attorney Mullen before and after he met me. Ouch. Hell I still look good, float like a butterfly, sting like a bee...

NH House Speaker Noreli's response to KingCast/Kenney RSA 91-A request appears to be tardy pursuant to pending HB 1408.

Posted on April 15, 2008
On 3 April I wrote these requests for emails to and from her office on the failed HB 1428 Bruce McKay Highway bill and requesting a special fraud counsel be appointed. On 4 April these requests were seconded via email from Bill Kenney, Liko Kenney's Uncle...

KingCast says Kelly's hero Gregory W. Floyd is guilty as charged; flips out in the courtroom and hallway, exclusive pics to follow.

Posted on April 15, 2008
Judge Cyr found Gregory W. Floyd GUILTY of Criminal Threats against AJ Boisvert at about 4:10 p.m. today. By 4:20 p.m. Floyd had flipped out in the hallway and had to be forcibly restrained. I goaded him into it, with a handy KingCast digital camera donated by the Franconia Collective, and I got some stills that ain't NOBODY got...

Happy Birthday to me; what's a coupla' decades anyway =^.)

Posted on April 14, 2008
Yah, last night my friends took me to the Beehive for a snack and a sidecar, now it's off to North Country for the trial of one Gregory W. Floyd. One of those friends was my film maker, who will be rolling up to Concord with me next week to meet Sgt. West so we can inspect, review and copy that Original 5/11 dash cam video pursuant to Order of the Court, KingCast v...

On the eve of Gregory W. Floyd's Criminal Threats trial, Grafton resident writes Prosecutor Hilaire, Senator Gallus & Comish Burton, bcc to KingCast.

Posted on April 14, 2008
As a citizen of Grafton County, State of New Hampshire, I kindly ask that you please review the following information prior to the trial of Gregory Floyd Sr. which will take place tomorrow at Littleton District Court. My concern and fear, is that this man is a danger to society...

KingCast applauds Toyota/Scion for creating Assy McGee to honor the true legacy of Franconia PD's Bruce McKay, a rogue cop to the end.

Posted on April 14, 2008
Cross-Post: BostonNOW. With Bruce McKay's sidekick Gregory W. Floyd going to trial tomorrow in what may be his second Criminal Threats conviction (take your cameras per Order of NH Supreme Court, and see Chris Jensen's NHPR story here), let's take time to thanks Toyota/Scion Motorcars for creating Assy McGee in the shadow of Bruce McKay...

KingCast reminds everyone to bring their cameras -- video and still -- to 3-time felon Gregory W. Floyd's trial for Criminal Threats tomorrow.

Posted on April 14, 2008
It is perfectly allowable per the NH Supreme Court as reported by my friends at Joe McQuaid's NH Union Leader. On the left is Nashua Alderman Fred Teeboom and me clowing around in a pic I took off the company MacBook in Hillsborough South at last week's RSA 91-A hearing, and then another still my film maker took of my lawyers laughing at Prosecutor Bill Albrecht, one of NH AG Kelly Ayotte's gaggle of abusive LE friends who tried to put me in prison before he got drummed out of town on an ethics charge...

A KingCast birthday beer with Charles, Gritty McDuff sales manager.

Posted on April 14, 2008
Chuck is his name and slingin' great beer is his game. He was with the two owners Ed and Richard for the past 16 years and now it's great to see the company doing well. He slipped a sample pack in the garage for me, and I started with the Scottish Ale -- then I looked at the bottle and he looked at me and we had a good laugh...

Does KingCast hold the Royal Flush in Franconia Justice against Chief Montminy and Prosecutor Hilaire?

Posted on April 13, 2008
Pay attention closely. You know how I described in this post about how Chief Montminy is supposed to issue his long-awaited Court-Ordered Affidavit about how he allegedly couldn't find the 2006 Troy Watts, Esq. ethics complaint about Bruce McKay?Then remember how in this post I asked Grafton Prosecutor Hilaire for his file on the matter?Let me explain...

KingCast applauds North Country NHPR Reporter Chris Jensen for tackling the Gregory Floyd Criminal Threats trial.

Posted on April 12, 2008
NHPR's North Country Reporter Chris Jensen has tackled the Franconia shooting tragedy with yesterday's NHPR report "Gregory Floyd is back in court," which I am listening to right now. I see that his lawyer claims Floyd's past has nothing to do with the current allegations...

KingCast to support Grafton Prosecutor Rick St. Hilaire in the Criminal Threats prosecution of Gregory W. Floyd.

Posted on April 12, 2008
Dear Prosecutor Hilaire: In addition to the pending RSA 91-A Request for paperwork with Troy Watts' name on it, and complaints related to Bruce McKay and Gregory W. Floyd, I thought it would be my civic duty to forward you the dossier on Gregory Floyd which I believe constitutes both pattern and habit evidence and grounds for sentence enhancement if he is convicted on Tuesday...

KingCast/Bill Kenney Franconia shooting tragedy fraud counsel request and RSA 91-A Request to Speaker Norelli comes due.

KingCast takes Bruce McKay's legacy down to Boston for a visit with Brendlin v. California (Souter) 127 S. Ct. 2400 (2007).

Posted on April 11, 2008
That's the BostonNOW staff getting underway just a year ago. Happy Anniversary guys! Hell yah, I figured I would put Bruce McKay's real legacy on parade, you know the same way the State tried to put Liko's legacy up for inspection.... "high school dropout...

KingCast RSA 91-A request to Grafton County Prosecutor Rick St. Hilaire.

KingCast helps Easton Prosecutor in State v. Gregory W. Floyd (a 3-time felon and multiple 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) violator).

Posted on April 10, 2008
A nice LE was kind enough to note that Littleton is not the Prosecuting Attorney for the Gregory W. Floyd criminal menacing case to be heard in Littleton District Court on 15 April, 2008.So what I did was, I forwarded yesterday's post, or prosecution primer about Kelly Ayottes' 3-time felon hero to everyone in Easton, where Floyd threatened AJ Boisvert with a gun and then in my opinion (and apparently in Judge Vaughn's as well) totally lied and said she had a gun...

KingCast revisits State v. Brendlin with an eye toward Civil Liability for Caleb Macaulay for Excessive Use of Force and Civil Rights Violations.

Posted on April 10, 2008
Oh, yah I dropped the negligent retention and hire issue back on 19 June, 2007 in a rather prescient post, "what if Liko Kenney wasn't speeding?"Brendlin of course, holds that passengers (and presumably Liko Kenney, posthumously) have a claim for Unconstitutional Traffic stops...
