Update: My sources indicate that gunfire has been heard on 14 February, 2008 at 11:10 hrs. So that testimony needs to be elicited at Floyd's trial for Criminal Threats on 15 April, 2008 because AJ Boisvert -- the victim of that case, who holds a Permanent Restraining Order on Floyd -- is an abutter...

Pinchers has been on this Planet exactly 2 days longer than me and he will be 43 on Saturday. This link tends to show, Your Honor, that Bruce McKay was an habitual violator of key policy who was negligently retained and supervised, and who terrified much of the tax-paying populous of Franconia and other areas of North Country...

Okay, first Gregory W. Floyod caught a Permanent Restraining Order from Judge Vaughn in Grafton Superior for threatening AJ Boisvert with a gun. On his related criminal threats case (for which he's been convicted on prior occassion) he lawyered up with mega-bucks firm Shaheen and Gordon, and continued his case to 1p 15 April, 2008...

KingCast litigation tip: Don't ever give me a Affidavit about some documents where some says they saw those documents and this is what they say.....

Seriously. If you hire an expert witness and that witness provides an expert opinion then s/he needs to file the document as reviewed instead of just offering an Affidavit about what he says the documents say. I mean, Hearsay, Best Evidence Rule, Completeness of Evidence Rules, anyone?I swear I am definitely living in the Twilight Zone...

Okay my prediction is that the Telegraph will prevail on the Statute by a nose. More on this later but the hearing was intense but highly-principled, until we were filing out of court and Adermanic President Bolton, standing right next to me, turned to Reporter Michael Brindley and positively bellowed"Don't ever call me again...

In a Decision dated 25 March 2008 Judge Robert Lynn dismissed the lawsuit against the Union Leader for the identity of the tool who committed a Forgery, False Light Invasion of Privacy and Misappropriation of Likeness. My sources who went to retrieve the rest of the Angela McKay Restraining Order against Bruce Mckay inform: The McKay Restraining order is no longer available as it was more then five years old (1998) and currently not active. She stated "it has been destroyed...

Any casual observer of this blawg will know that the Marvelous Marvin is one of my favorite entertainers of all time. John Legend and yah, R. Kelly thanks for carrying the torch. Marvin's birthday is actually today and his death came yesterday when I was in high school; thought it was an April Fools joke like John Lennon's death but that was the wrong month...

Even though I'm primarily focused -- like a laser beam -- on Bruce McKay's pattern of misconduct and Franconia's negative reinforcement relative thereto, never let it be said that I don't know how to high-roll, yah!
