BostonNOW covers artist Milan Kohout's pending criminal case as being potentially Unconstitutional under the First Amendment.

Posted on February 20, 2008
I don't think its potentially Unconstitutional, I think it's blatantly Unconstitutional. Well sports fans, it's good to know that SOMEBODY out there is paying attention to the Constitutional things that matter, as I noted in this post. One day the guy's peacefully assembled and petitioning his government (and big business) for redress, and the next day he's facing criminal charges...

KingCast says "Look what I got in the mail today from NH AG Kelly Ayotte's LE buddy Chief Martin Dunn..."

Posted on February 19, 2008
Sad but true, IMHO. Kelly let Dunn take his personal vendetta out against white negro Aaron Deboisbriand. Got their butts handed to them.We use video podcasting at KingCast.net and Justiceforkids.net to protect the First Amendment and highlight corporate and police abuse, such as the Ohio Board of Grievances, American Tower Corporation, Jaffrey Police Department, and the NAACP have all told material lies or unlawfully withheld evidence

KingCast presents songs for Gregory W. Floyd: Buju Banton and Barrington Levy "Murderer."

Posted on February 19, 2008
Buju Banton, Murderer.Honorable Mention: Barrington Levy, Murderer. Related post: KingCast provides Gregory W. Floyd's rap sheet to Illinois State Senator and United States Presidential Candidate Barack Obama.Just my opinion, based on fact.Try Gregory W...

KingCast and the Minutemen load 11 Honda CRF 450's at lunch: "This ain't no picnic!!!"

Posted on February 19, 2008
Loading 11 CRF 250/450Rs was not exactly my idea of lunchtime fun. But of course I'm the only licensed fork lift driver in sales today. The driver Chet says that's called "The New York Stack."I've got a Minuteman video (with Ronald Reagan, no less) to accompany the moment: This ain't no picnic!!!...

KingCast says the weight of the evidence shows that NH AAG Nancy Smith was wrong on RSA 91-A Right-to-Know on prior occasion in the same courthouse...

Posted on February 18, 2008
The NH Supreme Court held that she and Attorney Mullen led Judge Vaughn astray in the Fred Murray v. NH State Police, 154 N.H. 579, 913 A.2d 737 (2006) extra extra read all about it. Now in the KingCast v. Ayotte et al. case regarding their bogus and totally rigged "investigation" of the Franconia shooting tragedy they won't even provide crucial fingerprint evidence pertaining to Gregory W...

KingCast and 257 NH State Reps take exception to Caledonian Record Editorial alleging Reps were "cowards" in voting down Rep. McLeod on HB 1428.

Posted on February 18, 2008
This is quite interesting. First the Caledonian Record ran this reprint of my letter to Governor Lynch, asking for his courage to come to Franconia for a fact-finding tour after someone told me "If it wasn't Liko it would have been someone else."Governor Lynch did not demonstrate the courage to do so, despite our visit to his office, which you can see was completed with professionalism and courtesy in the short film, "Franconia 5/11: Injustice on Stilts...

KingCast jam of the Day for Franconia and beyond: Hugh Masekela's "Coal Train."

Posted on February 17, 2008
No more slavery. Chant down evil corporate godheads and bad state actors like NH AG Kelly Ayotte and State Rep Martha McLeod, who just got shut down twice and demoted after arguing to name a highway after a bad cop named Bruce McKay, who terrorized Liko Kenney and other folks -- youth and adults -- whom he chose not to like...

KingCast sees disingenuous NH State Rep. Martha McLeod take a powder; properly lost her post over HB 1428 Bruce McKay highway.

Posted on February 17, 2008
The Union Leader's Tom Fahey -- pictured with me telling him The Real many months ago in production of short film "Franconia 5/11: Injustice on Stilts" wrote this:We said it could happen and it has. Rep. Martha McLeod lost her post as vice chairman of a House Finance subcommittee after she challenged Democratic leadership over a move to memorialize Franconia Police Cpl...

KingCast revisits the Fox Hill Park Fourth Amendment violations foisted upon Franconia youth by Bruce McKay and other LE.

Posted on February 17, 2008
I was explaining the Franconia shooting tragedy to someone today and took time to provide the real story behind the 2003 Fox Hill Park arrest video of which NH AG Kelly Ayotte and the Union Leader and other media (read WMUR) showed only part of, despite the fact that they had the full video just as KingCast received it from Kelly in his media fun-pak...

KingCast says Judge Vaughn has the whole World of North Country in his hands... may he open them up to let the rays of Truth shine in.

KingCast and Gloucester Times editorial concur: "Robert Taylor's Law would be a fitting legacy for Mr. Taylor."

Posted on February 15, 2008
For the back story read this KingCast black history post about two white men I admire -- Gloucester fire victim Robert Taylor and Franconia Selectman candidate Jeffery Jesseman. Here's Mr. Jesseman's website. Here's the Gloucester Times 5 Feb. 2008 editorial in support of the bill first drafted by Crnilovic-Phillips law offices...

KingCast asks Barack Obama to consider handgun legislation and enforcement, vis a vis Steven P. Kazmierczak and Gregory W. Floyd.

Posted on February 15, 2008
Dear Senator Obama: As you take this time to address the grieving citizens of your home State in the wake of the NIU shooting tragedy (CNN International), please be certain to compare and contrast it with the Franconia New Hampshire shooting tragedy of 5/11 2007...

KingCast saddened by disgraced cop Bobby Cutts' guilty verdict, still saddened by Bruce McKay's decline as well.

Posted on February 15, 2008
Jury to Cutts: Guilty as charged, for murder of your pregnant girlfriend. I told you about my Home State cop Bobby Cutts vis a vis Bruce McKay on a few occasions and this is one of them. Plus, the guy's black, too and no matter what people say, when a brother does something wrong many people hold it against "our" race...

KingCast/Chris King's 1st Amendment page is most popular blog at BostonNow, 15 Feb. 2008.

Posted on February 15, 2008
Unfortunately, I rose to the ranks (check it here) as a most popular read because of the story on Judge Somma, which is not nearly as important as what's going on in Franconia and at the Union Leader. It is what it is, however, and even in that I see the people are stopping to read up on Franconia, and THAT is where the battle is won or lost -- not over whether Judge Somma committed an indiscretion, or whether Sara Jessica Parker is getting any...

KingCast and Brian Jesseman lawsuit against Joe McQuaid to knock out the haters who misappropriated likeness in a False Light invasion of privacy.

Posted on February 14, 2008
Somebody's going down like Sonny Liston.1. Here's the Complaint.2. Here's the Motion for Injunctive Relief on evidence destruction. The lawsuit is a lot more complex than I let on -- particularly in the area of sought relief. See Laface Records, LLC v...

KingCast tells Utah State Senator Chris Buttars to go to Hell for his conduct inimical to FOIA/Right-to-Know. He's a total tool.

Posted on February 14, 2008
Chris Buttars has introduced legislation that would allow police to withhold any reports concerning police misconduct from the public (found via Digg). That's because the whole reason the taser video made it to YouTube was because the victim filed a Freedom of Information Act request for it...

KingCast scoops Union Leader on Judge Robert Somma's DUI arrest: What a drag it is getting busted.

Posted on February 14, 2008
Well here's the story of how U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Robert Somma got popped for DUI in Manchester, NH last week, pleaded Guilty. The back story, however, is a bit more fun according to KingCast sources. His wife said, "I suspect that he will not be interested in talking to anyone fromthe newspaper...

Plaintiffs KingCast and Brian Jesseman Present: The Jesseman Affidavit to obtain the IP address of the bogus poster from Joe McQuaid's Union Leader.

Posted on February 14, 2008
I, the undersigned, being first duly sworn and pursuant to the pains of Perjury, solemnly aver:1. That's the front porch of my home, with Liko Kenney with a fist raised on the Freedom poster;2. Mr. King never gave me any legal advice but when I read his draft lawsuit I agreed with what he claims so I offered to join him as a Plaintiff so now we have this lawsuit...

KingCast focuses on the hypocrisy of Union Leader Publisher Joe McQuaid and takes the First Amendment roundtable straight to him.

Posted on February 14, 2008
Just as KingCast received a First Amendment Commendation this week as noted herein, today's Union Leader features a First Amendment award presentation to several New Hampshire individuals to whom they presented awards as well, for "Fighting for Freedoms...

KingCast says reggae reveals Union Leader Publisher Joe McQuaid as a Downpresser Man, but Liko Kenney's got a pressure drop on him.

Posted on February 13, 2008
Oh, yah, Joe it makes sense for you not to return my emails or phone calls about the blatant misappropriation of Brian Jesseman's likeness in a False Light. Not even a holler from you today, didn't even say "boo!" One could pick up the vibe you're putting down that you hate everything about what Liko Kenney stood for, even though you know he was on point with you and Kelly Ayotte's Hero Bruce McKay when he told him that his Fourth Amendment Rights were being violated back at Fox Hill Park...

KingCast Golden Oldie for Franconia and Union Leader Publisher Joe McQuaid: Men at Work, "Who can it be, now..."

Posted on February 13, 2008
Back in 1981 we were riding around on Tomos mopeds, imitating Ivan Lendl, Yannic Noah, Jimmy Connors and John McEnroe and listening to Men at Work. Here's the video! Never did we imagine that this song would have such a crucial relevance to the careers of Joe McQuaid and whomever issued that bogus statement that Brian Jesseman supports Martha McLeod's failed HB 1428 for "Bruce McKay Highway...

Will KingCast smote Union Leader Publisher Joe McQuaid with a legal backhand down the line to get an IP address over Martha McLeod's failed HB 1428?

Posted on February 13, 2008
We'll see at 5:00 p..m. Here's the history post, and here's the Draft lawsuit, which is pretty much final except I single-spaced it for public consumption. For those in a hurry, the offensive language by an anonymous poster falsely ascribed to Brian Jesseman was this:"The notch is already named for one person, I propose the section of the road where Bruce McKay be named in his honor...

KingCast sees other folks suing the government for malfeasance; this time over death trap "new" cars.

Posted on February 12, 2008
An interesting read from Chris Jensen as published in yesterday's NYTimes. My sister, who lives near NYC saw this piece. She's looking at a Nissan EX which just came out so I guess that's not really an issue, but damn..... shouldn't have to buy a new model year car to avoid being hosed, right? It's all about buying what you think is a new whip, but instead buying a car that's been spanked...

KingCast presents: The Bruce McKay MySpace page. Very elegant. Would that he were truly deserving of such accolades

Posted on February 12, 2008
As one can see, it's very elegant, replete with state photos. The audio says "I took a shortcut in the woods... and lost my way." That's true because Bruce did do some good things as an officer before he lost his way as everyone in Franconia and beyond -- including Lisbon -- knew...

KingCast Franconia epiphany of the Day: Bruce McKay violated Sarah's Civil Rights when he arrested her.

Posted on February 11, 2008
Just talking things over with Brian Jesseman 5 minutes ago and we realized that just as McKay and other Franconia LE violated Civil Rights in Fox Hill Park (as adjudicated by Judge Cyr, thank you) McKay violated Sarah's Civil Rights for the same reason: He arrested without probable cause...

KingCast and Popeye Doyle bid goodnight to Roy Scheider.

Posted on February 11, 2008
Goodnight Roy, I loved you in All that Jazz, Seven Ups (that's a cop movie about rogue cops avenging the death of a brother BTW), Jaws and of course French Connection. For the Franconia/Popeye Doyle series click here. They wre written back in July 2007 and largely about would-be murderer Gregory W...

KingCast jam of the Day for Franconia and a better World.

The Specials, "Monkey Man," circa 1980 live in Tokyo. Black People. White People. Asian People. All coming together to get on down. And I mean boy do they GET DOWN. Tear the roof off the sucker. Note the Specials sticker on the GTi before law school, circa 1989...

KingCast may sue Union Leader for IP address of liar claiming to be Brian Jesseman in support of Martha McLeod's failed HB 1428 "Bruce McKay Highway."

It all goes back to this post, and here's the warning letter. Read the comments for an excerpt. We use video podcasting at KingCast.net and Justiceforkids.net to protect the First Amendment and highlight corporate and police abuse, such as the Ohio Board of Grievances, American Tower Corporation, Jaffrey Police Department, and the NAACP have all told material lies or unlawfully withheld evidence

KingCast to assist Prosecutor in Littleton Court on Gregory W. Floyd's Criminal Threats against Ms. AJ Boisvert; get that thug off the streets.

Posted on February 10, 2008
Just as concerned citizen Peter de Vries (definitely a role model) helped uncover material matters in the Natalie Holloway disappearance through Joran van der Sloot, I as a concerned citizen and former and current reporter and former AAG find it my civic duty to help Law Enforcement whenever possible...

KingCast presents Mullen, Montminy and Kennedy: The Three Musketeers.

Posted on February 10, 2008
